Want real stone on the front of the house? Our stone masonry uses natural stone, cut and dressed on site so each piece fits. We lay natural stone veneer on house walls, front entries, columns and arches.
Stone also faces fireplaces and outdoor kitchens. We build outdoor kitchens as a full masonry structure: a concrete block base faced in natural stone or clay brick. We also build stone outdoor fireplaces for open and covered patios. We are based in St. Cloud and work across Greater Orlando.

Natural stone veneer is a face of real stone laid over a wall. On a house, it can cover a full wall or just the front entry. Stone columns and arches can frame that entry, and a stone courtyard wall can match the house.
An ashlar pattern takes hand work. Our stone masons cut and shape each piece on site with hammer and chisel until the pieces fit together. Our work includes an estate home faced in natural stone ashlar, with stone arches and columns.
We specialize in custom stone and brick. Some homes pair the two, and we lay real clay brick veneer as well. That way the brick and the stone come from one company.
Full-bed stone keeps its natural depth, typically 3 to 5 inches, so it is heavy. It goes up like a stone wall, one course stacked on the next. The Florida Building Code calls it anchored veneer, held to the wall with metal ties.
Florida adds its own rule: veneer on a house generally sits on a concrete ledge poured with the foundation. St. Cloud's building department uses a 140 mph design wind speed. The code sets tie spacing for veneer, with closer ties above 140 mph.
Thin natural stone is real stone sawn to about an inch thick. It is lighter and bonds to the wall in a bed of mortar, which the code calls adhered veneer. Every stone veneer installation starts with the wall and what sits under it, and we look before we quote.
Natural stone is real rock, so its color is the stone's own. Manufactured stone veneer is a lightweight concrete product cast to look like quarried rock, colored with pigments. A home inspectors' association calls that pigment generally durable.
Orlando averages about 51 inches of rain a year, and more than half falls from June through September. Anchored full-bed stone usually has an air space behind it, with weep holes at the base to let water out. Adhered veneer, natural or manufactured, usually has no air space, so the water barrier and weep screed do that job.
Orlando's average July high is 92 degrees, and it averages fewer than two freezing nights a year. Here, stone deals with heat and summer rain far more than frost. Above 90 degrees with wind over 8 mph, masonry standards call for protecting fresh work from drying too fast.

(407) 702-4316From the first call to the finished work, here is how it goes.
Call (407) 702-4316 and tell us what you want built. We set a time to look at the space.
We look at the space with you and talk through the layout. For a kitchen, we note the grill and appliances you want, so the openings fit them.
Then we give you a quote for the work we talked through. It covers the masonry and any concrete under it.
On a kitchen or fireplace, the slab or footing comes first, then the concrete block core. The brick or stone goes on next, and the other trades come in their turn.
Fireplaces get their chimney cap, and kitchen bases are left ready for the countertop. Then we go over the finished work with you.
