We also do indoor fireplaces, brick arches, columns, brick veneer and natural stone veneer. For patios and driveways, we lay mud-set brick or pour broom-finish concrete.
Why build an outdoor kitchen from masonry instead of a metal frame?
Our masonry outdoor kitchens are concrete block walls on a slab or footing, faced in clay brick or natural stone. Block and brick do not feed termites. That matters here: the Florida Building Code rates Florida's termite risk as very heavy.
Can you build an outdoor fireplace under a pavilion or lanai?
Yes. We team up with the builder who puts up the roof, and we build the masonry fireplace under it. The Florida Building Code has a chimney rise at least 3 feet above the roof it passes through. Your building department and fire department set the rules for your address.
Do you run the gas and electric for an outdoor kitchen?
No. A licensed plumber or gas contractor runs the gas line, and a licensed electrician does the wiring. A sink also needs a licensed plumber for the water and drain lines. We build the masonry around their work, with openings sized to the grill and doors you pick.
Do you do stamped concrete?
No. We pour broom-finish concrete: a broom drawn across the wet surface gives it a light texture. When you want brick, we lay mud-set brick: real clay brick set in a mortar bed on a concrete slab. We pour that slab first, then set the brick on it.
Do you work with builders and pool companies?
Yes. Builders bring us in for brick veneer and fireplaces on new custom homes and additions. Pool companies call us for the brick and stone work. Each company does its own part, and we build the masonry.

We are based in St. Cloud, in Osceola County. We work within about an hour of Orlando, across Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake counties. Much of our work is in Orlando, along with Winter Park and Windermere.
